In the City of Music, a novelty on the housing market awaits future residents. The DC Musicflats were developed for a very special target group with specific needs: musicians who want (or need) to play and rehearse in private. Depending on the size of the apartment, there are soundproof rooms or practice cabins available directly in the apartments, and there are also three rehearsal rooms for larger groups on the ground floor. 
In addition to high-quality materials in the living and wet areas, the rental apartments are also already equipped with modern kitchen units and all have outdoor areas in the form of loggias or balconies. 
The DC Musicflats can now be requested and rented commission-free for the tenant; move-in is planned for autumn 2024.
 

Special requirements require special equipment - a credo that the DC Musicflats fulfill in every respect.  All 3-room apartments have a soundproof room. Some apartments are already equipped with rehearsal cabins.* All apartments that do not have an exercise cabin can be retrofitted with a corresponding delivery time. Ideal not only for musicians, but also for podcasters, influencers or people who use social media platforms! There is also a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances.  Green outdoor areas invite you to relax and unwind.
