Two buildings, many faces
The DC Innovation Campus is multi-talented:
On the one hand, from autumn 2025 it will house a Motel One with 198 hotel rooms and a truly unique rooftop terrace with a direct view of the Danube.
On the other hand, office and restaurant space will be built here. A total of around 1,500m² of office space is available on three upper floors, with up to two office units possible per floor.
In addition to the perfect public connection with the U1 and various bus lines, the DC Innovation Campus also has its own underground car park.
The DC Innovation Campus is therefore the most versatile component of the DC Waterline and complements the DC Education Campus and the DC Musicflats. This part of the building includes office space, seminar and event areas, a hotel as well as catering and retail areas. This means that not only working, but also relaxing afterwards will be an experience right on the water. Travellers will benefit from the best connections, the incomparable view, the flair of the Danube - and, of course, Viennese charm.
